Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted work and requesting revisions within the limits included in their selected package, and additional revisions or major project changes may result in additional charges. Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidelines only and may vary depending on project complexity, communication delays, revision requests, workload, and third-party service availability. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe and by purchasing services you authorize charges for agreed-upon work and understand that projects require full payment before production begins. REFUNDS POLICY Due to the custom nature of digital creative services, refunds are not available once production has started. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your package, we provide 2 additional revisions for free. If you choose to terminate a project, under no circumstances will Imagine Ink Videos give refunds of the amount paid for the Services. Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and legal rights to any submitted materials including logos, images, music, trademarks, or branding assets, and clients remain solely responsible for ensuring they possess permission to use such materials. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing, while Imagine Ink Videos reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, promotional materials, websites, and social media unless confidentiality is requested in advance. Imagine Ink Videos reserves the right to refuse projects involving illegal activity, hate speech, deceptive advertising, copyright infringement, exploitation, or harmful content. Imagine Ink Videos and SFG Collective LLC shall not be held liable for indirect damages, business losses, lost profits, advertising performance, platform algorithm changes, or third-party interruptions, and no guarantee is made regarding marketing performance or business outcomes resulting from video usage. Services may involve platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn, but Imagine Ink Videos is not affiliated with nor responsible for the actions, restrictions, outages, or policy changes of those third-party platforms. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
